During my stay over Christmas, I appreciated the free internet access provided by the hotel and the complimentary homemade cookies that were available in the common areas. The location of the hotel was convenient and easy to get to by bus or car. the room was spacious and had a comfortable bed.

The noise level during my stay was unbearable. The noise from nearby construction was constant and disruptive.

Room cleanliness and delicious breakfast. the room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was amazing, gourmet quality. the location was very convenient, close to several city attractions.

Poor communication with the staff and outdated facilities. the staff seemed uninterested in providing information or recommendations on the area.
